Many of the sketches contained in this book were done from the cockpit of this boat. When first acquired, the GAMBELLA was a derelict. The next thirteen years were spent rebuilding it on weekends.

Evelyn Wilson was Uncle Rob’s partner in life. This sketch was accomplished in 1982 on New Year’s Day. It was drawn in a special hand bound sketch book made by Evie as a Christmas present for Uncle Rob.
